You gave me advice during an online session tot check what my problems were and tot discuss what the options could be! I learned a lot in this session and it made me more confident in the things I was already doing. You also emailed me afterwards with a list of things me and my partner could adjust. We are trying to get pregnant. Mara is very comprehensive, she doesn’t just give you one option to work with but a whole sheet. I love that. She is also very kind and a good listener. I would definitely recommend working with her.

Because I wanted to improve my diet, my girlfriend advised me to contact Mara. I was looking for someone who could give me a push in the right direction but also had the right knowledge and professionalism. I have received a personalized overview from Mara with which I have the right tools to develop a healthier diet for myself. I am now in the grocery store much more aware of the amount of sugar and salt that is in products, choose more for whole grain products and drink much more water. I have learned more about eating vegan and the mindful eating part was really an eye-opener. You can always ask questions to Mara and she takes her time to help you. She is a great listener and she helped me well.
