A short but powerful traject to get you started quickly!

It consists out of 1 comprehensive intake consult In which we will go through your current diet/nutrition and create a plan of change together that will lead you to your goal.

You will get a personalized guide/overview with information tailored to you, but I also recommend to get pen and paper ready to take notes during our consult.

It will be followed by 1 follow up consult or check in to talk about the progress and changes you made and answer questions or solve problems that eventually  came up.

Start With a Free Consultation

Need a (online) dietitian? That’s what I am here for!

In a first free consultation we get to know each other a bit to see if and how I can help you best. There is also room to ask some questions. During or after the first consultation I will create and send you a personalized cost estimation of the needed sessions.
A first consultation will take about 15-20 minutes. We can schedule the comprehensive intake consultation together and talk through the details. No pressure, no judgement, ready to start when you are!

Comprehensive Intake Consultation

In this intake consultation will get to know each other further, talk about your situation and nutrition, your needs and expectations. During this consultation we will build the base for a method, tailored to you individually to reach your goals.  

Follow Up Consultation

In follow up consultations we will evaluate the progress and make changes where needed. There is also room for questions and to further learn about the nutrition that is right for you specifically.  

For those with a German health care insurance: Some healthcare insurance companies do (partialliy) cover the cost of dietetic consultations. Please contact me (and your insurance) to talk through the options.

1 on 1 Dietetic Counselling & Holistic Nutritional Advice

You gave me advice during an online session to check what my problems were and tot discuss what the options could be! I learned a lot in this session and it made me more confident in the things I was already doing. You also emailed me afterwards with a list of things me and my partner could adjust. We are trying to get pregnant. Mara is very comprehensive, she doesn’t just give you one option to work with but a whole sheet. I love that. She is also very kind and a good listener. Because I wanted to improve my diet, my girlfriend advised me to contact Mara. I was looking for someone who could give me a push in the right direction but also had the right knowledge and professionalism.
